We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bareknucklelife.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Washing and care
instructions for long lifetime

In
order to enjoy your individually printed product as long as possible,
follow the washing and care instructions below. We recommend that you
wash the product before wearing it for the first time due to any
print residue.

Washing tips

Place textile in cold water before first washing cycle

Turn inwards before each wash

Wash at a maximum of 30°C

Avoid heavy-duty detergents and fabric softeners

Do not dry clean or bleach

Important note

Textiles with strong colours (especially reds) may bleed during
the first wash cycle. We therefore recommend washing them separately
or with similar colours during the first machine wash.

Care tips

Printing designs should not touch each other during ironing

Do not iron over the printing surface

Do not dry hot (avoid dryer)

Do not pull, tug,scratch or tear at the print

Further information

The washing instructions on the textile labels refer to unprinted textiles and do not apply to our printed products. The products are sprayed with a natural preparation liquid during the pre-treatment for a better print adhesion. If you notice a slight smell of vinegar or a soft veil on the print after unpacking your order, there is no need to worry. Both disappear after the first wash. The printing ink we use is free of harmful substances and certified according to Oeko-Tex 100
